How to Use

In the shower, wet it, add a pinch of soap or body wash and massage in small circles, using the firmer side on elbows, knees and heels and the soft side everywhere else. Start two or three times a week and build up to daily if your skin stays comfortable. To use it dry, brush with light upward strokes toward your heart before you shower. Rinse it well and hang it to dry.

The Science

Your skin sheds its outer layer every day. Enzymes gradually loosen the protein links that hold surface cells together, and the loosened cells flake away. When that process slows, dry cells build up and skin feels rough, especially on elbows, knees and heels.

Gentle friction helps lift cells that are already loosened. Stimulite's hexagonal cells flex and rebound as you move, and having two firmness levels lets you match the pressure to each area.
