Returns

If you are not happy with a purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit. A skin professional is always happy to help you get the most out of a product first, since a small change in how or when you use it often makes the difference.

To start a return, email support@sapienskin.com with your order number and a quick note.

One exception: we cannot accept returns based on shade or color choice, including Bluestone shields and tinted sunscreens. Please reach out before ordering and we will gladly help you choose.

Our Product Guarantee

We guarantee our products when they are part of a routine designed by one of our skin therapists.

A Few More Details

• Returns are processed within two weeks of arrival.
• Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Under Washington law, a remaining balance under $5 can be redeemed for cash on request.
• We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, and we are happy to help you file a claim.
